WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

I can’t do it
I’m not good enough
I’m afraid to be judged
I can’t handle this
I’m confused
And so on….

Self-sabotaging thought patterns like this not only create stress, fatigue, and pain (including physical pain) and stop us from doing what we want to do, but they also keep our unique gifts and potential suppressed and unlived.

Leela will introduce and guide you through the completely different approach of the Dalian Method and other supplementary methods in a supportive group environment.

In this workshop we will:
• Discover and heal the roots of the barriers your mind has created.
• Go beyond trying to be “positive” (which just creates more stress) and instead uncover an effortless authentic freedom.
• Explore exciting and meaningful aspects of yourself you didn’t know existed.
• Ignite the power of your presence and the magic of your intuition.

We will meet from 10am to 5pm (includes lunch and afternoon break) You may bring your lunch or eat at a nearby restaurant. FYI: There is no kitchen access.

You will leave the workshop with a specific and customized action plan to integrate the deep transformation.
