The 3 Types of Leadership
This leader leads by domination and superiority over others. They depend on others' staying afraid and insecure. This leader is deeply insecure themselves and fears a fate worse than death: Being a "common nobody". They work hard to keep their fear hidden since they see it as weakness. This one is energetically a slave owner and does not want their slaves to discover their true power.
This leader leads, paradoxically, by being energetically enslaved to others. They are often seen as nice or heroic and the welcomed solution to leader #1 but are actually just the polar opposite since they live in fear of others' opinions or being alone. They predominantly look to their conditionings and outside of themselves for answers and direction. They limit their expression and vision to what is deemed acceptable and pleasing to the Collective or their followers. They unconsciously keep others small to keep the co-dependency in place and have a jealous or competitive dark side that they work very hard to keep hidden (not just from others but themselves). They do not want others to discover their true power because if they do this leader's falseness and own pain of staying small will surface and be felt.
Leader #3 - THE VISIONARY
This leader is deeply individual so any description will fall short. This one is not interested in slavery except to free themselves of it. The visionary is committed to their own uniqueness, integrity, and purpose and is not afraid to stand up for it. They can create confusion for the collective mind that knows only the first 2 types.
This leader is compassionate and enjoys seeing others think for themselves and discover their own abilities and power. This leader may be loved by some yet also hated or feared by others but is not swayed by projections (positive or negative). They want to stay true to themselves and withstand the pressure to fit in. This leader knows they aren't perfect and are always learning but does not allow that as an excuse to play small. This leader might be perceived as egoic yet in reality is humbled when they shine themselves fully in service to something bigger than their own limited ego (and others' egos).
This leader is a leader whether they are alone or have 'followers' because they strive to be leaders of themselves and their own life. They are a leader even if others try to strip them of their title. Because although they may embrace receiving due credit or support, they are not fearfully dependent on it.
These 3 leaders are not actually people but energies. We may currently embody one type predominantly but we often contain a mix of all 3. Different life situations bring up aspects of these energies and they can overlap and intermingle. The 3rd type, the Visionary, emerges and expands from experiencing the first 2 as empty and unfulfilling and when the fears keeping them in place are dissolved. This process of emergence can take many years and even lifetimes.
** Tips to benefit from this knowledge **
Witness your emotions and thoughts that arise from reading. Use this to understand yourself and others with awareness and hopefully compassion as well. Utilize your intuition to decipher what is useful and what is not. Watch how the mind judges, labels, and categorizes based on 'right' and 'wrong'.
